Family Photography Session, Mountainside, New Jersey

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons to photograph families outdoors. Bundled up among vibrant colors, with so much of nature on the ground to explore and play with. Think lots and lots of leaf piles.

I met E+G at one of my favorite locations in Central New Jersey, Echo Lake Park in Mountainside, to do just this. Play, explore and enjoy fall, all while capturing their family together. And what a beautiful family they are. As the session unfolded, there were playful leaf fights, curiosity about nature finds, time for climbing trees and rolling around, moments of rest and nursing, and lots of love and laughter. Truly, one of my favorite sessions. Slow, playful and happy.
